A virtual private yoga session is a highly personalized individual practice, tailored to your unique goals, designed to accommodate your experience level, range of movement, and limitation needs. It’s time just for you - from wherever you are, online!

New Student?
If you are new to working with me, welcome! Since yoga benefits can be best noticed through cumulative practice over time, I highly recommend an initial investment in yourself through Virtual Private Yoga Coaching Package - 4 Sessions. Individual sessions may alternatively be purchased and scheduled. To start, our first session will include a comprehensive intake to discuss your personal health history, injuries or chronic pain, current treatments, and what your goals are with yoga so I know how to best guide your private yoga session today and in the near future.

Returning Student?

If you are a returning student, welcome back! We will revisit your session goals, adjust as needed and strategize how to continue that trajectory to your success through a yoga practice. Sessions are also highly flexible to what your body needs on that day so that you benefit the most from this time.
