In-Studio Private Yoga

In-Studio Private Yoga is IN-PERSON at the Nourish Her Studio in Inwood, WV. If you are not local to that area, see Private Virtual Yoga options online via zoom, here.

Amber teaches private yoga sessions by appointment. An in-studio personal yoga session is a highly customized individual practice, tailored to your unique goals, designed to accommodate your experience level, range of movement, and any limitation needs. The private lesson offers a chance for unique feedback to you and time to understand the practice on a deeper level. It’s time just for you!

New Student?

If you are new to working with me, welcome! Since yoga benefits can be best noticed through cumulative practice over time, I highly recommend an initial investment in yourself through a Private Yoga Coaching Package - 4 Sessions. Individual sessions may alternatively be purchased and scheduled. To start, our first session will include a comprehensive intake to discuss your personal health history, injuries or chronic pain, current treatments, and what your goals are with yoga so I know how to best guide your private yoga session today and in the near future.

One-hour, Package of 4 Sessions for 1 person - $310

One-hour, Single Session for 1 person - $85
Add a 2nd person to your session for +$20

Returning Student?

If you are a returning student, welcome back! We will revisit your session goals, adjust as needed and strategize how to continue that trajectory to your success through a yoga practice. Sessions are also highly flexible to what your body needs on that day so that you benefit the most from this time.

Virtual Yoga (Live on Zoom)

Tune in online from wherever you are to practice yoga with Amber's guidance. Cameras can be on or off. All microphones will be muted during class.

Live Virtual Yoga is included for members of both Essential Membership and the Personalized Membership - or you can pay to drop-in to single classes for $11 each.

(SU Students) Vinyasa Yoga

(For Shenandoah University Students Only) Yoga with Amber is a free weekly Fitness Class held every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Brandt Student Center, Room 123 (Borden Student Associations Center, aka B-SAC). This gentle yoga class offers a mindful, full-body workout while harmonizing breath and movement. Practice yoga postures while training the mind to enjoy the present experience, over focusing on past or future outcomes. This yoga class is open to Shenandoah University students all yoga skill levels. Limited mats are available, so participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water bottle. All participants must complete the fitness waiver before participating.
