Extended Practice

Looking to go deeper? These 60-minute yoga sessions offer you the space to fully immerse yourself in movement, breath, and presence. Each class is a complete journey—strengthening, releasing, and resetting both body and mind. Most practices close with a restorative Savasana meditation, allowing you to fully integrate your practice and leave feeling centered and renewed.
